Important Update: Fitness Class Capacity and Waitlist Policy

We want to address a concern regarding class capacity in our fitness programs. To ensure safety and effectiveness, each class has a set maximum capacity, determined by space, equipment, seats, and the instructor’s ability to provide individual attention. When classes are full, members are added to the waitlist in the order they sign up, and will be notified if a spot becomes available.

It’s important to note that our instructors do not control class capacity, and they cannot make exceptions. Harassing instructors to join a full class is not acceptable. We ask for your cooperation in respecting the waitlist system to ensure fairness and safety for all participants.

We understand it can be frustrating when a class is full, but the waitlist ensures everyone has an equal opportunity. Please sign up early, mark future fitness registration dates on your calendar, and check the waitlist if you’d like to attend a full class.

Thank you for your understanding and support in making our programs enjoyable and accessible for all.
