The suspect in this case was arrested and identified as Atavion Jamaal-Devito Swindle, age 29 of Kalamazoo. On June 20, 2023, The Kalamazoo County Prosecutor’s Office charged Swindle with Assault with Intent to Murder and Felony Firearm in this incident.
