Join the City of Portage for a special Black History Month Karaoke & Lip Sync Battle Royale on Friday, February 20, from 5 to 7 PM at Portage Parks & Recreation, 320 Library Lane. DJ Conscious will be spinning tunes all evening - dancing is strongly encouraged. Enjoy complimentary refreshments from Phence & Post. The event is FREE and open to the public.
