Membership Reminder: Avoid Non-Member Fees

From time to time, members ask why they were charged a non-member fee even though their membership is current. Here’s how it works:

If your membership is set to expire at any point during a multi-week class or series, our system automatically applies the non-member rate. Unfortunately, this is how the registration system is designed, and we’re not able to override it.

To avoid surprises, we encourage you to check your membership expiration date before registering. If you have questions or need help renewing, our staff will be happy to assist!
