Starting Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at 8 AM, Schuring Road from Oakland Drive to South Westnedge Avenue will be closed to through traffic for a water service installation at 1831 Schuring Road. Motorists traveling northbound and southbound on Oakland Drive and South Westnedge are advised to follow the posted detour route of Oakland Drive to West Centre Avenue and South Westnedge Avenue to Romence Road. The installation and pavement restoration are anticipated to be completed by 5 PM on Thursday, August 24, 2023, weather permitting.
