Portage Parks & Recreation will host Lanterns on the Lake on Saturday, May 15 from 8 – 9:30 PM on the beach at Ramona Park (8600 S. Sprinkle Rd). Light up the lake with a lantern that honors loved ones or float words of hope and inspiration. Bring a picnic dinner to enjoy while you decorate your lantern. Chris Behre, the musical guest, will play throughout the evening.
Registration for the event is required by Wednesday, May 12. The registration fee is $10 per person and includes one lantern kit. Attendance will be limited to the first 100 spectators and face coverings are required at all times.
