The City of Portage welcomes a new publication to its roster: the City of Portage annual report detailing Fiscal Year 2019-2020. This publication represents Portage's commitment to transparency and its desire to share the financial, economic and recreation successes of Portage with its residents and the region. The annual report provides residents with an up-close look at the highlights from city departments. It is a visual publication featuring photos from events and locations across the city.
“I think it is important for the citizens of Portage to know how their hard-earned tax dollars are being spent,” said City Manager Joseph La Margo. “By viewing this snapshot of the fiscal year, residents can see that the City Council and City Administration have been good stewards of their tax dollars.” The annual report joins memorable city publications including the Portager and the Parks and Recreation program book in keeping residents informed on the services and events that make Portage an exemplary community.
