Trail repairs are scheduled to begin on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 along Portage Creek Bicentennial Park Trail just south of the Grain Elevator in the Celery Flats Historical Area. Portions of the trail will be closed with detours around the construction area. Work is expected to be completed by Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
