The City of Portage invites interested contractors to submit information regarding their experience, qualifications, and fees regarding becoming the city-wide exclusive hauler to provide weekly residential solid waste and bulk waste, seasonal yard waste, and weekly or bi-weekly comingled recyclables collection, transportation, and disposal/processing services as well as exclusively providing a range of commercial front-load dumpster services at public facilities and other designated locations, public or private, across the city.
