The City of Portage invites interested firms and contractors to submit a proposal or bid for the following projects:
Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Submit information regarding experience, qualifications, and fees for the provision of an updated Water System Reliability Study.
- Submit information regarding experience, qualifications, and fees for the provision of professional architectural and engineering services for the Portage Farmers Market design – Phase I and II.
Request for Bid (RFB)
- Submit a sealed bid for the installation of a stormwater treatment device, 1,500 feet of 36-inch storm sewer across the Portage Crossings site, lower the existing water main, service at storm sewer crossings, and restore existing pavement.
- Submit a sealed bid for a one-time contract for the replacement of the overhead garage doors and all appropriate hardware as well as the replacement of all garage door openers at Fire Station No. 3.
- Submit a sealed bid for construction services for the installation and connection of water services to fourteen properties currently served by private wells. The project includes trenchless installation from existing curb stops into existing structures, internal plumbing, restoration, and abandonment of existing wells.
