On Tuesday, August 22, 2023, through Thursday, August 24, 2023, the eastbound curb lane of West Milham Avenue will be closed for fiber installation work from Cypress Street to the east of Oakland Drive.
Fiber installation is scheduled to start at 8 AM each day and be completed and open to traffic by 3:30 PM each day. Cypress Street, Evergreen Street, and the Milham Meadows Apartments entrance at West Milham Avenue will be closed during these working hours. Motorists will need to access Cypress Street, Evergreen Street, and the Milham Meadows Apartments from Oakland Drive. On Thursday, August 24, 2023, one of the southbound dual-left turn lanes on Oakland Drive to West Milham Avenue will also be closed. Traffic delays are expected in this area and motorists are urged to seek an alternate route.
