Metronet, a telecommunication company providing high-speed fiber internet and phone services, is beginning a two-year fiber installation project in the City of Portage. You may notice small flags and/or temporary paint markings, construction signs at the entrance to your neighborhood, and/or a small sign near your mailbox in advance of construction in your neighborhood. Metronet has a construction website to assist Portage property owners during the construction process.
