To avoid interfering with the Fall Leaf Pickup Program, the City of Portage October Quarterly Curbside Brush Collection will begin one week earlier than normally scheduled. The brush collection will begin in Zone 1 on Monday, September 27, 2021, and will include the collection of brush once in each zone. Portage residents can visit portagemi.gov/280 to view program details and determine their collection date. The City of Portage Compost Facility, located at 10905 Oakland Drive, will be open for resident drop off on Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 9 AM - 1 PM.
