Beginning at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, milling and
resurfacing operations will begin on Shaver Road and South Westnedge Avenue
from West Centre Avenue to Schuring Road. During night time milling and
paving operations, three traffic shift phases will occur. Each phase consists of
different lane and intersection closures and detour routes. Motorists are advised
to follow posted detour routes.
All night time work is anticipated to be complete by 8:00 AM on Thursday,
September 3, 2020, weather and materials dependent. Access to driveways will
be maintained except for brief periods during milling and repaving operations.
Traffic delays can be expected in this area and drivers are urged to seek an
alternate route.
