Construction continues on South Westnedge Avenue from Trade Centre Way to Kilgore Road. On Thursday, June 18, traffic will be shifted to the east side of South Westnedge Avenue. Northbound traffic will be restricted to the outside lane and southbound traffic will be restricted to the inside lane. Beginning at 7 PM milling and paving operations will begin at Kilgore Road and will continue through the evening on the west side of South Westnedge Avenue.
On Friday, June 19, traffic will be shifted to the west side of South Westnedge Avenue. Southbound traffic will be restricted to the outside lane and northbound traffic will be restricted to the inside lane. Beginning at 7 PM milling and paving operation will begin at Trade Centre Way and will continue through the evening on the east side of South Westnedge Avenue.
Traffic delays can be expected in this area and through traffic is asked to seek alternate routes. Drivers should use slow down upon approaching the milled surface within the project area and watch for individuals engaged in this work. There will be short periods of limited access to driveways during the overnight milling and paving process.
