LIVE local musicians include Broke Joe & Johnny Cashless with a flashback to the rock of the 90s and 2000s, followed by J. Michael & The Heavy Burden performing Alt-Americana Rock. Come hungry and enjoy a variety of food, desserts, and drinks from Specialty Cheesecake, Floatin’ Franks, Skinny Kenny’s BBQ, Teresa’s Kitchen, and Little Scoop Ice Cream. All food vendors accept cash, debit, or credit cards.
During Friday at the Flats, the Celery Flats Historical Area will feature over twenty community vendor booths, including local businesses, service providers, non-profits, entertainers, crafters, and more. Be sure to stop by the Lowe’s Craft table to make a pet rock! Jack Dastoli will sing and play guitar throughout the evening while the Portage Historic District Commission offers tours of the historic buildings. There is plenty of lawn seating on both sides, so be sure to bring chairs or blankets.
Stick around for the next Movie in the Park of the season. Captain America: Brave New World begins at dusk (around 9 PM).
