West Centre Avenue and Shaver Road Intersection: Consumers Energy Gas Utility Repair
On Monday, July 7, beginning at 9 AM, Consumers Energy will repair a gas main leak at the intersection of West Centre Avenue and Shaver Road.
During the gas main utility repair, lane closures will be in place for the eastbound curb lane on West Centre Avenue and the southbound curb lane on Shaver Road. Work in the southbound curb lane on Shaver Road will be completed, and the lane reopened by 3 PM on Monday, July 7. The eastbound curb lane on West Centre Avenue will remain closed until the repair is completed on or before Monday, July 14, weather permitting. Motorists are advised to be alert for construction activities and may wish to seek an alternate route to avoid delays.
