South Westnedge Avenue Reconstruction Project - Relocation of Temporary Traffic Signals
At 9 AM on Wednesday, May 14, the temporary traffic signals installed on South Westnedge Avenue between Oakview Drive and South Shore Drive will be relocated north and south of the Oakview Drive intersection. Oakview Drive at South Westnedge Avenue will be closed for water main installation across the intersection. Access to Oakview Drive from South Westnedge Avenue is provided via Cherryview Drive.
The temporary traffic signals will continue to allow for one lane of traffic to move safely around the work zone. Motorists accessing South Westnedge Avenue from private driveways within the construction zone must wait to confirm the direction of travel on South Westnedge Avenue for the green light between the temporary traffic signals.
