On February 22, 2025, a water main break occurred near 9039 West End Drive and it became necessary to depressurize a section of the main to complete the repair. Affected customers in the area are advised to boil their tap water for a minimum of one minute prior to use for drinking, brushing teeth or cooking.
This precautionary measure ensures that all necessary steps, including flushing the water main and collecting bacteriological samples, are completed before lifting the advisory. A news release will be issued once the advisory is lifted.
