The global Microsoft outage has affected many business functions at the City of Portage.
Police and Fire operations and response are operating as normal, as is the operation of Public Works employees in the field. Our phone lines are operating as normal; however, many other functions that rely on computer technology are down. We are working directly with Microsoft to resolve the issues, but have no ETA for resolution.
