Starting Saturday, June 29, 2024, and continuing through Monday, July 1, 2024, nightly milling and paving operations will take place on Portage Road from Fairfield Road to Romence Road Parkway. The work will begin at 7 PM each evening and will be suspended each morning.
During nightly milling and paving operations, the western leg of the intersection of Portage Road and East Milham Avenue will be closed to all traffic, with a detour route in place. While Portage Road traffic will not be allowed westbound on East Milham Avenue, northbound and southbound traffic will be maintained through the intersection. The intersection will be fully open each morning following the nightly closures. The posted detour is Romence Road Parkway and Lovers Lane.
