The City of Portage has partnered with Community Action to host two walk-in days for residential customers in need of utility bill payment assistance on January 30 & February 27, 2024, from 9 AM - 2 PM at Portage City Hall, 7900 South Westnedge Avenue. Stop by with the required paperwork to see if you're eligible for assistance getting your water bill paid on one of our walk-in dates!
