Challenges with Fitness Registration

We want to provide an update regarding yesterday's fitness class registration for members. Unfortunately, there were system issues beyond our control that created challenges in the process. The PZSC staff worked diligently to address these issues and ensure that members were placed in classes as fairly as possible. We are grateful for their hard work and for the patience many of you showed them throughout the day.

We understand that some members were placed on waitlists. While we recognize this can be disappointing, please know we are reviewing class availability and will address this where possible. However, additional spots cannot be guaranteed.

As a reminder, fitness instructors do not play any role in the registration process, and speaking with them directly will not impact placement. If you need to confirm your registration status, please feel free to call or check in with a staff member at the front desk.

3 ways to Register for Programs and Classes at the PZSC 

1. MyActiveCenter (MAC) – Online Platform 
2. In person at the reception desk 
3. Phone Registration 

Priority for Taking Registration

On fitness registration day, priority will be as follows: 

• MyActiveCenter (MAC) has first priority  
• In-person registration has second priority  
• Phone Registration and Voicemails will have last priority 

Please note: Phone Calls and Voicemails left earlier or before 8 AM will not be returned.
