Area groups, families and organizations create your own personalized
seasonal "cards" for the Holiday Card walk in the Celery Flats Historical
Area. Cards should depict a winter, non-denominational, holiday
theme, painted on a 4’ x 8’ sheet of plywood; minimum ½ inch thick,
painted white on the backside and able to withstand outdoor weather
conditions. The cards will be installed in an upright (vertical) position.
Cards should be delivered by November 7 and can be picked up after
January 9, 2023. Any cards remaining after January 25 may be disposed
of by the city.
Holiday Trees are available again this year for local businesses and organizations to decorate,
adding to the festive atmosphere of the Celery Flats Historical Area. Contact Portage Parks &
Recreation by November 1 at (269) 329-4522 for more information and to reserve a tree (while
supplies last).
