This program includes the quarterly collection of brush in January, April, July and October, including pickup of whole Christmas trees in January and bagged leaves/ornamental grasses in April.
For collection purposes, the city is divided into four collection zones. Click here to view program details and a printable map that indicates the Monday designated for pickup start in your neighborhood.
The next Quarterly Curbside Brush Collection schedule:
Northwest Zone (Zone 1): Tuesday, April 2
Southwest Zone (Zone 2): Monday, April 9
Southeast Zone (Zone 3): Monday April 16
Northeast Zone (Zone 4): Monday, April 23
To ensure the collection of items, residents are asked to place brush at the curbside by 7 a.m. on the designated Monday for the collection zone. Materials may be placed at curbside up to – but not more than – 72 hours prior to 7 a.m. on Monday. Each street will be cleared one time and each zone will be cleared within its designated week. Crews will not return to pick up items placed out late.
APRIL REMINDER: Brush is collected separately from bagged leaves.
Crews make every effort to minimize lawn damage resulting from the use of heavy equipment for the collection process. To assist crews and avoid potential damage to lawns, residents are asked to please move brush to the edge of the curb on the Monday of your collection week. Brush may also be placed directly onto the street, but must NOT obstruct traffic lanes, bike lanes or pedestrian use of the roadway. A small amount of debris may be left after the brush is removed; citizens are asked to assist with the clean up the leftover debris.
To ensure collection, all materials should be at curbside no later than 7 a.m. Crews will not return to collect items put out late.
Residents are reminded that collection of materials in each zone BEGINS on Monday. Materials may not be collected on Monday; however, each zone will be cleared of materials by the end of the designated week.
