The Ice Rink at Millennium Park

Home to the first refrigerated outdoor ice rink in southwest Michigan, Millennium Park provides unique opportunities for all ages. During the spring and summer periods, the rink is transformed into a reflecting pond. Located along Romence Road, just west of South Westnedge Avenue, Millennium Park is in the heart of the shopping district and easily accessible by car or bicycle.

Address:  280 Romence Road
Information Hotline: (269) 324-9200

Due to unseasonably warm weather and projected above average temperatures, the Ice Rink at Millennium Park is closed for the season.

City staff work hard to provide the best possible skating surface; however the current and projected weather conditions make it very difficult to maintain the rink. Unused 2016-2017 Punch Cards will be honored at the rink during the 2017-2018 skating season. Please call Portage Parks & Recreation at 329-4522 with any questions.
