Mi.Portage App

Available in the Apple App Store and Google Play as "Mi.Portage," the City of Portage, Michigan dedicated mobile application connects citizens to select online city services and resources such as the citizen reporting tool for potholes, abandon vehicles, light outages, etc., city news and events, locations of city parks and amenities listings, metro bus schedules and more.

Sign up now to receive important emergency and public outreach information from the city such as severe weather alerts, road closures, leaf/brush pickup dates and more.  Once you sign up, you can manage the types of alerts you would like to receive and how you would like to receive the alerts.

BoardSync and Live Streaming

Watch City Council meetings live on your mobile device or computer from Public Media Network, Government channel 190 and after the meetings, use our online BoardSync application to download meeting documents or view specific segments of the recorded meeting by clicking on the corresponding points on the agenda document provided. 

AccessmyGov Online Payment and Lookup Services

From the AccessmyGov portal, citizens can:
  • make online payments
  • conduct property assessment utility and tax searches
  • conduct cemetery searches
  • review the City performance dashboard, which includes financial and operational data
